By registering an account and deploying an API key on Htay API, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Account and Identity Standards

Users must register with verified emails, correct verified Telegram phone configurations, and use standard alphanumeric usernames. Accounts failing validation checks or attempting to register with temporary/disposable emails will be subjected to automated API access suspension.

2. Fair API Usage and Limits

Each API subscription contains explicit daily request limits. If your application exceeds its daily limit, subsequent requests will be rejected. Attempting to bypass limits, reverse engineer endpoints, or perform distributed denial of service (DDoS) patterns will result in immediate termination of the API key and ban from the ecosystem.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Htay API to scrape unauthorized materials, facilitate spam campaigns, or build integrations promoting unlawful services. All whitelists are actively monitored via system logs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Htay API provides high-availability feeds, but we are not liable for any financial or operational damages arising from API request limit rejections, network latency variances, or force majeure events.
